We have several reliable professionals in our database, each of whom has gone through an extensive vetting process. Let us find and manage the right Pro for your job while you sit back and take care of what’s important. Simply submit a service request through our homepage, or call and within 24 hours you will receive a quote after inspection (if needed). We will manage the process to ensure your Pro gets the job done.

What services do we offer?
We currently offer cleaning solutions. This includes all types of cleaning including: Carpet cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, sofa cleaning among many others. We also specialize in Virus control fumigation and pest control fumigation.
Our response to Covid-19
The safety and well-being of our customers, our professionals and staff is our No. 1 priority. Due to the nature of our business which requires provision of services, we are taking strict measures to keep everyone safe whilst providing the services required. We are doing this by following the guidelines set by the WHO, CDC and GoK including: regular hand-washing, sanitizing and regular daily temperature checks of our service providers. We also provide them with the necessary apparel.
How do we guarantee quality?
We ensure quality through our rigorous on-boarding process where we look to hire genuine professionals. For the professionals with little experience, we offer them in house training. The pros who are responsible for any infractions or consistent bad ratings will be immediately removed from the ServiceHub platform and will not be able to join in the future. Moreover, if a job was done below the standard, we will provide a re-do immediately.
Location
Currently we only operate in Nairobi Metropolitan Area. However, if you have a request from outside of the city please email us and we will do our best to attend your needs.
Pricing
We send a supervisor over to have a look at the problem and give an accurate quote and idea of what needs to be done. Our quotes are transparent and have a breakdown of all the materials used and other charges.
Hours of operation
Most of our professionals are available from 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Sunday. However on Sunday, some opt to work at earlier or later times.
Guarantees
Our commitment to our customers is to have every job done beyond your expectations. If in some cases this may not be the case, we will always ask your person at the workplace (if there will be one) to review the job done and if there is something not done to the agreed specification, they will let us know immediately or within 24 hours. This is because we pay the professionals 24 hours after the job has been completed.
● Some of our professionals provide a warranty upon a service which will be seen in the contract we provide you with. This warranty will be longer than the 24 hours. During this warranty period you will be able to communicate a problem that occurred with the service and we will coordinate with the professional and ensure that the issue is fixed at the earliest mutually agreed time.
● We do guarantee you safety however, ServiceHub is not responsible for the damage or loss beyond the scope of the service.
